At Finca 18, we love to celebrate. Special occasions, weddings, and holidays. That is why we choose a couple hundred year old style of distillation famous in southern Mexico. 

Here we used organic chicken, pinneapple, red apple, bananas from our rancho amongst other fruits and herbs of the season her in Puerto Vallarta.
